Refund policy

Personalized or custom items are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@houseofsoilandsoul.com Upon approval, we will send return address. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like (Tinctures, Teas, Herbal Salts, Body Scrubs, Bath Bars, Lotions, Facial Oils, Body Butters, Lip Balms, Essential Oil Roller Blends) any personal care goods due to the nature of the products and safety concerns. Candles will be replaced if defective within 7 days upon receipt. Original candle will need to be returned for testing purposes.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
