5 Simple Ways To Lead A Stress Free Life

What Does Stress Mean?

Stress free means to live in a state when worry is absent. When your not bothered by negative feelings that make you feel overwhelmed, anxious or tense, you are living stress free. 

Stress Is The Result Of Thoughts That Keep You Unhappy. You Start resenting a current situation, you feel stuck, lonely and angry. This all leads to stress. Symptoms of abnormal blood pressure, fluttering heart rate, fatigue, headaches, panic episodes, and chest tightness can all be related to stress. 

Having a positive outlook and satisfaction towards life are ways to reduce stress. When you start to rid yourself of negative feelings, you are living a stress free life. 

1. Don't Take On Other People's Problems

Other people's issues, arn't your problems. When you take on other people's problems, you are now becoming an enabler that will get you in the habit of enabling. 

*Definition Of Enabling - continuing to take responsibility for other people and disallowing their pesonal responsibility. 

2. Eliminate Toxic Relationships

If you have people in your life that are not adding anything positive or value, it's time to make a change. Start by recognizing the toxic traits whether it be with friends, a partner or family member, you have to put yourself and your happiness first. 

3. Let Go Of Anger

Holding onto anger and grudges only hurts you. The people that you are angry with or hold a grudge against most likely have not been affected at all. These people move on and are care-free. 

4. Don't Focus On What You Cannot Change

Life is too short. Dealing with frustration from other people does nothing but drag you down. You are the only person who can decide how to respond. Don't sweat the small stuff. 

5. Stop Reliving Your Past

You don't live here. Quit comparing past and failed relationships. Recognize the unique blessing they are in your life. Stop the expectations. Each relationship is different and people deserve to have their own past, free from the present.
